The ARC Document Retrieval Service is a Web-based storage solution for ARC participants that delivers immediate online access to up to 39 months of IAR reported ticketing transaction. DRS stores 39 months of IAR settled data and 18 months of IAR initial data. Users can retrieve the complete history of any ticketed transaction, including sales, refunds, and exchanges. All information is presented in the familiar ARC ticket format that can be emailed or printed.

This free service can help you reduce storage costs by eliminating the need to print and retain paper coupons and help save time and money researching transactions.

DRS is powered by ARC COMPASS^®, the leading, trusted source for travel transaction information. ARC COMPASS is a data warehouse that contains 39 months of data transactions settled through ARC as well as 18 months of Initial data transactions.
