The ARC Document Retrieval Service (DRS) provides three search option in which you can search documents by. The search options include Quick Search, Passenger Search and Transaction Search.
Users can perform a Quick Search by searching by Document Number, Date of Issue, PNR Record Locator, and Period Ending Date.
A Passenger Search searches on Credit Card Number and by the Last Name of a passenger.
Use the Transaction Search to search by a Document Number, Document Numbers, a range of Document Numbers, the Date of Issue and the Beginning PED. You can further refine your Transaction Search by using a Last Name, Document Type, or Payment Type filter.
In addition to these three search options, if you are using the enhanced DRS version, you can search for any ticket transaction settled through ARC using the following ten criteria:
Document number
Date of issue
PNR record locator
Credit card number
Passenger last name
Document number range
Multiple non-consecutive ticket/document numbers in one submission
Period Ending Date
Type of document
Type of payment
