Reset Password

Use the Password Reset Login Screen to change user passwords that have been forgotten or compromised.

 

  1. Enter the organization number applicable to the particular user.
     

  2. Enter the user’s last name (or at least the first character of their last name.)
     

  3. Click the List Users button to begin the search. A list of possible users will display. (Up to 25 users will be displayed per screen.)

    The Password Reset List Screen will display all current users who match the search criteria.
     

  4. To reset a user, click on the appropriate User Name link. (If the search was incorrect, you can click Previous to return to the search screen.)
     

  5. Verify that the user identified on the screen is the password to be reset. If so, click on the Correct button. (You may also verify the identity of the user by using the Qualifying Question and Answer if they were originally completed.)
     

  6. A screen with the user’s new temporary password will display. Provide this user with their temporary password. (Upon their next login, they will be required to change their password.)
     

  7. Click the Main Menu button to return to the main menu or Logout to log out of the system.
