Document Retrieval Service Access

To access the ARC Document Retrieval Service (DRS) you must have an account. If you do not have an account, you can complete and submit a DRS application to ARC.  To request an application, please contact ARC's Customer Care Center if you are a travel agency or Carrier Help Desk if you are carrier. If your organization is already using the Service, its easy to add new additional users. Please see your organization’s designated Security Manager for more information.
