Sending Faxes to ARC

Have you recently tried to fax supporting documentation to ARC, but you've heard voicemail pick up at the other end?

There are some phone lines that have dual functions; they act as a fax and a telephone. Please try sending your fax again, but do not pick up the phone receiver. ARC's phone system recognizes a fax, so if the receiver is picked up, our system will not recognize that call as an incoming fax but instead will recognize it as a phone call. If you're faxing from a standalone fax machine, you should not encounter this problem.
