Data security is of the utmost importance to ARC. To that end, access to ARC's tools (e.g., MyARC, IAR, Memo Manager, DRS, etc.) will be limited to users of ARC approved web browsers and operating systems.

ARC implemented this initiative, as not all web browsers and operating systems offer the same level of security. Ensuring that your web browser, operating system and tools are up-to-date will not only help protect ARC's systems, but will also help prevent your business from being exploited by cyber criminals.

To ensure you have the most up-to-date web browser and operating system, please use this list of ARC approved web browsers and operating systems as a cross reference.

ARC's minimum web browser requirements include:

  • Internet Explorer — Version 11 or higher
  • Safari — Version 6 or higher
  • Google Chrome — Version 40 or higher
  • Firefox — Version 34 or higher
  • Opera — Version 27 or higher

ARC's minimum operating system requirements:

  • Windows Vista SP2 or higher
  • OS X 10.8 or higher

ARC's minimum mobile platforms — operating systems with native (built in) web browsers requirements:

  • Android 5.0 or higher with native web browser
  • iOS 8.1 or higher with native web browser

Note: Tablet and Smartphone users are asked to test access to ARC's systems to ensure they are fully functional on your mobile device. There exists variability with some mobile platform configurations that could inhibit your access to certain functionality/systems.
