Please go to the Registration Form (see link below) and complete all of the fields for a specified class. Click Yes on the form to register for the selected session. Registration requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. EST, one business day prior to the class. Registration requests received afterwards will not be accepted.
Interactive training classes (webinars) are offered via the Web with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Each training class is led by an ARC instructor. Participants are able to view and hear the instructor's presentation, view the instructor's demonstrations, and ask the instructor questions.
To access the online meetings, your computer's operating system must be Windows 98 or higher. In addition, you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer.
