ARC's "Red Flags" Fraud Prevention Seminar is a two-hour course that equips carrier personnel with the latest tools and techniques to combat ticket fraud. Designed for ticket and gate agents, ARC Fraud Prevention Training:

  • Reviews the latest trends in ticket fraud - and fraud prevention - using images of actual stolen and counterfeit ticket to show forger mistakes
  • Teaches front-line personnel the most effective techniques for fraud prevention - based on a 3-second visual scan of the ticket for authenticity
