Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG/997), Bangladesh's national flag carrier, has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales on August 11, 2008 (PED 08/17/08).
Biman now carries the nation's flag to Asia, the Gulf States, the Middle East region and Europe. Improved services and growing demand have helped Biman earn its reputation as a quality airline.
Convenient transfer connections from Dhaka to regional destinations like Kolkata and Kathmandu are easily available. Most of Biman's destinations are served with either nonstop or one-stop service. Biman currently maintains a fleet of wide-bodied DC-10 30s, A310-300s, and F28 regional jet aircraft.
Biman has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Biman Bangladesh Airlines. At this time, Biman Bangladesh accepts cash as the only form of payment through ARC.

Effective with sales of August 11, 2008 (PED 08/17/08), China Eastern Airlines (MU/781) now accepts UATP as a valid form of payment through ARC.
ARC participating agents can now choose to have commission payments paid directly into their IAR bank account. If you prefer to continue receiving commission payments via a credit memo in ARC Memo Manager, then no further action is required.
DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION: To request payment by direct deposit, send an e-mail to arcmppo@arccorp.com stating that you want to receive your commission payments via direct deposit. Please also include:
Any unclaimed ARC MarketPlace commission payment credit memos that your agency currently may have in ARC Memo Manager will be included with that first direct deposit.
ARC Memo Manager gives Entity Administrators the ability to set or change default e-mail settings for their company. This screen is accessible and editable for only those users who have entity administrative privileges.
