ARC Transaction History File

Up to the last 39 months of settled and voided transaction data

The ARC Transaction History File offers ARC participating travel agencies and Corporate Travel Departments (CTDs) the opportunity to archive any of the past 39 months' settled and voided transaction information - down to coupon level detail.

Agencies and CTDs may receive data segmented by week, month, quarter, or year based on PED. Additionally, you may select a subscription option that will provide access to the most recently settled data (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on an on-going basis.

As a leader in data privacy issues, ARC destroys all transaction information after 39 months. This Transaction History File gives you the opportunity to order detailed transaction information before it is deleted from ARC systems.

Pricing and Ordering: Pricing begins at $195. You must be an active ARC participant to order this product.

  • Includes any transactions occurring during selected date range(s)for all locations associated with the Home Office Location
  • Data delivered on CD in a .txt file format compatible with a variety of commonly used software packages, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, allowing you to view, sort, and create reports
  • Included on each CD is the ARC Transaction Viewer™. This viewer allows you to view and print transaction level details in an ATB format similar to the one in ARC Document Retrieval Service.
  • Subscription option allows on-going retention of most recently settled data

Absolutely not. However, once we retire data, it is no longer available from us in any format. You will not be able to view some information in the ARC Document Retrieval Service (DRS) or obtain the data on CD, printed reports, data files, etc. If you think your agency or CTD will need to access the 2005 data in the future, or want the security and peace of mind of having this information or more recent information, this is your opportunity to obtain it from ARC.
As long as the information previously provided on the ARC COMPASS Report Agreement has not changed, you do not need to complete another Agreement.
If the agency was acquired as part of an ARC-approved ownership change, the new agency owner may order the data.
The standard ARC Transaction History File includes the total tax amount. Complete tax details can be included in the file for an additional fee. Contact the Business Development Support staff at +1 703.816.8530 for prices.
Just as ARC cannot guarantee carriers accept information from the ARC Document Retrieval Service (DRS), we cannot guarantee they will or will not use the information on the CD. However, it is important to note the information on the CD is the same that was in DRS, with the exception that credit card numbers will be "masked" for security reasons. That is, all credit card numbers will show only the last 4 digits.
All items are shipped FREE of charge to the Home Office Location address on record. There is no shipping charge unless you choose to have ARC send the branch CD to the branch address on record.
All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the order form.
Historical orders will be delivered within 3 weeks. Subscription orders will depend on the subscription frequency selected.
Direct draft from your ARC designated bank account, credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), or invoice. You will not be billed until your order is shipped.
Yes. As a convenience to our customers, ARC is offering to create copies of the data for an additional $25 for each CD.
Yes. However, the order must be placed by the Home Office, not the branch.
No. The data is in a text file format - a very common type of data file; it is not special to ARC. Detailed instructions on using the ARC Transaction Viewer™ are included with each CD.
