ARC Document Retrieval Service is a secure, paperless record-keeping system for ARC participants that delivers immediate online access to more than three years (39 months) of IAR-reported settled ticketing data and 18 months of initial ticketing data.
Pricing and Ordering: Document Retrieval Service is part of the core set of products included in the cost of participation.
- Document Retrieval Service is easy to use, and available to all agents and CTDs participating in the ARC Settlement Plan.
- View Settled tickets issued in the past 39 months.
- View Initial tickets issued as received from the GDS or entered in IAR for the past 18 months.
- Tickets may be displayed one by one - with their entire history of refunds and exchanges - or grouped by Reporting Period or Period Ending Date (PED).
- Includes all data shown on the original sales summary and text images of supporting documentation
- Data is stored securely according to PCI standards.
