Paper Sales Summary Recreation
The below fee schedule displays the cost for manually recreating duplicate Sales Summary reports. This fee schedule covers paper Sales Summary Report recreation ONLY and is separate from the $7.00 monthly charge for receiving the original paper Sales Reports via mail.
The fees in the table below will be calculated per ARC location plus the length of time passed since the Sales Summary processing PED.

To request a duplicate report, please send your request on company letterhead to the attention of Customer Support Center at 4100 N. Fairfax Drive, Ste 600, Arlington, VA 22203 along with a check for payment. Please make your check payable to Airlines Reporting Corporation.
REMINDER: To avoid these fees, sign up for the Internet Sales Summary (ISS) and access up to two years of reports online for free.
