The ARC Specialist Training Program offers comprehensive training on ARC's operations, reporting, settlement and products in order to meet the needs of:
- Travel Professionals, to keep their skills in step with an increasingly automated travel industry.
- The Travel Industry, to maintain its high standards of professionalism and customer service.
The ARC Specialist Training program was developed in close coordination with carriers, travel agencies, travel agent organizations (e.g. ARTA & ASTA), and individual travel agents. ARC has designed its training program to meet the demanding requirements of the travel industry and individual travel professionals.
To become an ARC Specialist, the candidate will complete the ARC Specialist Training and achieve a successful score on the ARC Specialist exam.
