Description
Organizations looking to save on direct marketing costs when communicating with travel agents should consider the ARC Agency List Special Selections product. This electronic agency file provides convenience and flexibility by supplying a targeted list of ARC-accredited agencies and CTDs using fixed demographic criteria.
Direct marketers can choose from one or more of the following selection criteria to define their list:
- State
- City name
- ZIP code
- Area code
- Accreditation type (Agent or Corporate Travel Department)
- Office type (e.g. Home Office Location, Branch, etc.)

ARC Agency List Special Selections FAQs
- Can I select criteria other than what is provided?
Customers can request additional selection criteria; however, such a request will require internal ARC review and approval, which typically increases the turn-around time. ARC cannot guarantee approval of the request.
- Can I combine multiple selection criteria in a single request?
Generally, yes. The most typical requests we’ve responded to include a combination of a geographic selection (e.g. State, City name, ZIP code, Area code) with an Accreditation type or Office type.
