The Agency List Directory is a nationwide directory of all ARC-accredited travel agencies and corporate travel departments (CTDs) in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Agency List Directory is divided into two sections: Section I lists the travel agencies and CTDs alphabetically by city and state; Section II lists the travel agencies and CTDs numerically by their Agency Code Number (ACN).

- When is the Agency List Directory available?
The Agency List Directory is available approximately five weeks after the date of the edition/the end of the quarter (the March edition is available in early May, the June edition is available in early August, etc.).
- Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Orders for the Agency List Directory must be placed every year to continue receiving the directories.
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed.
- Is there a shipping fee to receive the Agency List Directory?
ARC will ship the Agency List Directory within the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
at no expense to the customer. Any request for a shipment outside of these areas is subject to a
processing fee in addition to actual shipping costs.
