ARC offers three subscription options for carriers depending on the level of service needed.
Unreported and Chargeback Sales Collection and Resolution
This service is for carriers who simply want to submit already detected unreported sales or Chargebacks to ARC for collection and resolution. This option does not include any use/match service or analytical services.
Basic – Use/Match
In addition to the Unreported and Chargeback Sales Collection and Resolution, the Basic service allows carriers to submit their usage data for processing against ARC COMPASS® for use/match purposes. The service includes an in-depth analysis of used tickets that identifies the following:
Settled coupons
Coupons not settled (unreported sales)
Coupons associated with an E-ticketing System errors
Coupons settled to another carrier
Coupons involved in lift scanning/keying errors
Replacement tickets (another settled ticket number for the same passenger/itinerary as the used coupon submitted)
Support for Interline Billing – With the Basic service carriers can print Billing Coupons for interline billing purposes
Expanded – Use/Match Provides all the features offered in the Basic Use/Match service PLUS expanded results to include fare and tax details by segment.
