How does ARC’s Use-Match service work?
Carriers upload used ticketing data via the Web for comparison against ticketing activity stored in ARC COMPASS®.
ARC performs in-depth analysis and posts results for the carrier to review. The analysis accounts for payment and identifies why a payment was not matched to a sale.
Once identified, collection on unreported sales commences immediately and funds are settled through weekly disbursements.
System Requirements
All that is needed to use the service is Internet access through a Web browser with 128-bit encryption and “cookies” enabled. (Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.0 or Netscape v4.72 or higher.
