Ticket Resolution Services
The ARC Ticket Resolution Service solution helps ARC-participating carriers account for payment of used ARC unreported tickets and carrier-identified credit card chargeback ticket transactions.

Through ARC’s combination of technology and a skilled, established resolution team, ARC has successfully identified and resolved over $10 million dollars in unreported tickets annually for our subscribing carrier customer base.

Easy web submission
The Web-based service compares used ticket data from carriers to the ticketing activity stored in ARC’s data warehouse, ARC COMPASS®, to identify unreported sales. That information is then provided to the trained Ticket Resolution Services team (TRS team) for additional research and resolution.

Unreported Sales Resolution

Once unreported sales are identified by either our web-based solution or you, the carrier, our highly skilled TRS team quickly moves to research and collect on those unreported sales.

New in 2007! Chargeback Resolution:

As you, the carrier, identify credit card chargeback items that you would like to submit to the TRS team for resolution, you can do so through ARC’s new Memo Manager system Combined subscriptions to ARC Ticket Resolution Services and ARC Memo Manager provide carriers the ability to assign memos to ARC TRS for unreported sales and credit card chargebacks. The TRS service will support the following reason codes:
  • Unreported sales
  • Chargeback - Expired card
  • Chargeback - Invalid credit card number
  • Chargeback - Invalid/no auth approval code
  • Chargeback - Unauthorized charge
  • Chargeback – Fraud/Unauthorized charge
  • Flown and Refunded
