Instructor-Led Online Training

Interactive training classes are offered via the web with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Each training class is led by an ARC instructor. Participants are able to view and hear the instructor’s presentation, view the instructor’s demonstrations, and ask the instructor questions.

System Requirements

To access the online meetings, your computer’s operating system must be Windows 98 or higher. In addition, you must use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

ARC offers self-paced interactive online Memo Manager training via www.arccorptraining.com.

The cost of the Memo Manager Training Module is $30.00 for 120 days worth of access. The training is fun, easy to use and the lessons are designed for a novice or an expert. For each instructional point, we have provided an interactive model that simulates the actions of the live Memo Manager application. Many of the screens contain small movies of the real AMM system that help illustrate the instructions. The screens [inside the movie] will change to reflect the actions you take just as it would in the “real” version. If you miss something you can always click the “Re-Play” button and the exercise will be repeated. The training module is designed to be a place to learn about Memo Manager, as well as a safe place for “trial and error”, providing you with a head start when working in Memo Manager.
