Instructor Led Online Training
Interactive training classes are offered via the web with audio conferencing through Microsoft Live Meeting. Each training class is led by an instructor. Participants are able to view and hear the instructor’s presentation, view the instructor’s demonstrations, and are able to ask the instructor questions.
System Requirements
To access the online meetings, your computer’s operating system must be Window 98 or higher. In addition you must use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.

IAR Overview
An overview of the IAR system. Participants will learn how to manage IAR user accounts, become familiar with IAR screens and navigation, enter transactions into IAR, and learn how to authorize a sales report. In addition, the relationship of IAR with ARC Memo Manager, ARC MarketPlace and My ARC.
Interactive Self-Paced Online Training
ARC offers self-paced interactive online IAR training via www.arccorptraining.com.
The cost of the IAR Training Module is $60.00 for 60 days worth of access. The training is fun, easy to use and the lessons are designed for a novice or an expert. For each instructional point, we have provided an interactive model that simulates the actions of the live IAR. Many of the screens contain small movies of the real IAR that help illustrate the instructions. The screens [inside the movie] will change to reflect the actions you take just as it would in the “real” version. If you miss something you can always click the “Re-Play” button and the exercise will be repeated. The training module is designed to be a place to learn about IAR, as well as a safe place for “trial and error”, providing you with a head start when working in IAR.
