Interactive Agent Reporting (IAR) is an electronic sales reporting system. It uses the internet and web-based technology to integrate an agency’s Global Distribution System (GDS) and ARC’s settlement system, allowing for the settlement of agency sales, refunds, exchanges and adjustment transactions. Ticket transactions are transmitted from the GDS to IAR daily and are available in IAR the following day. In addition transactions can be entered into IAR directly. IAR collects the ticketing data and electronically prepares a weekly ARC sales report on a daily basis. IAR will verify each transaction, as it is received, and identify specific errors.
Here are some IAR features that will allow you to easily work in IAR and in your IAR sales report:
- Screen layouts that match typical sales reporting work flows.
- The ability to choose the number of transactions to display on a page.
- A graphical user interface that is easy to learn, read, and navigate. There are tabs, click on buttons, radio buttons and drop down menus to help you navigate within IAR, your sales report and to perform specific IAR functionality.
- The ability to print or download a list of transactions to a spreadsheet or word processing document.
IAR can be accessed from www.arccorp.com and is accessible from any computer with an internet connection.
