The ARC Transaction History File offers travel agencies and corporate travel departments (CTDs) the opportunity to secure settled and voided transaction information – to the coupon level detail – for the past 39 months. Agencies and CTDs may choose flexible date ranges based on PED, allowing for the creation of historical data (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually etc.) at your discretion.
Additionally, agencies and CTDs may select a subscription option for the ARC Transaction History File that will provide access to the most recently settled data (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on an on-going basis.
With the ARC Transaction History File agents and CTDs may:

- Access complete coupon data - Have instant access to all transaction information – settled and voided - generated by your Home Office and all branch and STP locations reporting to the HOL.

- Receive recently settled data - By choosing to subscribe, carriers will have access to recently settled data on an on-going basis.
- Analyze historical data - As the information is stored in a text format, it can be used with numerous popular software packages to view, sort, and create reports.
