GHANA INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES JOINS ARC
ARC WELCOMES NEW PARTICIPANT

Arlington, VA, December 18, 2006 – Ghana International Airlines (678/GO) has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales starting Monday, December 18 (PED 12/24/06).

With headquarters in Accra, Ghana, Ghana International Airlines is the National Airline of Ghana. It presently flies between Accra and London, Johannesburg and Lagos. It plans to commence services to additional points in Africa, Europe and the United States in the near future. GIA currently operates a fleet of B757-200 and 767-300ER aircraft.

As Ghana International Airlines has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, all ARC-accredited agencies and corporate travel departments are automatically appointed as agents of the carrier.
