ARC RELEASES NOVEMBER REPORTING & SETTLEMENT SUMMARY

Arlington, VA, December 14, 2006 - ARC today released a summary of November 2006 and year to date Reporting & Settlement results. This represents ARC’s processing and settlement of travel agency and CTD sales transactions on behalf of 151 airlines and railroads.

Highlights from the month and year to date were as follows:

• Total sales by travel agents and CTDs were $6.6 billion for the five-week processing month of November 2006 (see note below).
• Year-to-date total sales of $72.5 billion through November surpassed the 2005 year-end total by $2 billion, with five processing weeks still remaining in 2006.
• ARC’s e-Ticketing as a percentage of total ticketing averaged 95.34% in November.


Note: A fifth processing week was added to November 2006 in order to end the year at 53 weeks rather than the usual number of 52 (a necessary periodic adjustment). Readers are cautioned when making month-to-month comparisons (comparing 4 processing weeks in November 2005 to five processing weeks in November 2006) and year-to-date comparisons in November (comparing a 47 week year-to-date to a 48 week year-to-date).
