ARC RELEASE OF OCTOBER REPORTING & SETTLEMENT SUMMARY REVEAL STRONG SALES

Arlington, VA, November 10, 2006 – ARC today released a summary of October 2006 and year to date Reporting & Settlement results. This represents ARC’s processing and settlement of travel agency and CTD sales transactions on behalf of 149 airlines and railroads.

Highlights from the month and year to date were as follows:

• Total sales by travel agents and CTDs were just under $6 billion for the four-week processing month of October 2006. This represents 6% growth over the same month in 2005
• International fares of $2,266,760,000 outpaced October 2005 by 11% while domestic fares remained strong, eclipsing $3 billion in a four-week processing month for the first time since May of this year, and remaining steady compared to October of last year.
• ARC’s e-Ticketing as a percentage of total ticketing continued to hover at 95% — a threshold reached in August.
