ARC PROCESSING FIGURES STRONG IN APRIL

Arlington, VA, May 11, 2006 - ARC today released a summary of April Reporting & Settlement results. Highlights from the month were as follows:

• International Fares set a new record for dollar volume in a four-week processing month at $2.6 billion
• Credit card billings also reached a record high of $5.7 billion for a four-week processing month
• Total sales of $6.7 billion in April 2006 were 12% over the same month in 2005
