ARC PROCESSING STATISTICS REVEAL STRONG DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL GROWTH

Arlington, VA, March 9, 2006 – ARC today released a summary of February’s Reporting & Settlement results. Highlights from the month were as follows:

• Both total sales and total fares both rose by 14% compared to February 2005. Total carrier sales reported and settled by travel agents and corporate travel departments were $6,297,981,000 for the four-week month.
• 2006 Domestic and International fares grew by 13% and 15% respectively. with total fares exceeding $5.5 billion for the month of February.
• Average weekly sales per ARC accredited location set a new record by surpassing $70,000 for the first time.
• Carrier participation reaches numbers not seen since 1997. Carrier availability broadened significantly with 12 more participating carriers available through ARC in February 2006 compared to the year before.
