ARC SALES AND DOCUMENT STATISTICS REVEAL RECORD INDUSTRY LEVELS IN E-TICKETING

Arlington, VA, February 9, 2006 – ARC today released a summary of January’s Reporting & Settlement results. Highlights from the first month of the year were as follows:

• E-tickets settled by ARC in the four processing weeks in January accounted for a record 90.3% of all sales reported and settled in January.
• Domestic and International fares both grew by 9% year over year with total fares exceeding $4.3 billion for the four week month. Total sales (fares + taxes) finished the month just below $5 billion while also exceeding the same month a year ago by 9%.
• Average sales per ARC accredited location rose to more than $56,000 in January which was 15% more than at the beginning of 2005.
