ARC WELCOMES AIR SAHARA
Arlington, VA, December 9, 2005
- ARC is pleased to welcome Air Sahara (705/S2) as a participating carrier, effective with sales starting Monday, December 12, 2005. This enables 22,000 ARC accredited travel agency and corporate travel department locations to settle Air Sahara transactions through ARC’s trusted settlement system.
Air Sahara was established in 1993 and has executive offices located in New Delhi. Operating a fleet of Boeing 737s and Canadair Regional Jets from six hub airports located in India - New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Royapatteh, and Kolkata - Air Sahara flies to more than 20 international destinations, including Columbo, Kathmandu, and Singapore, and also provides service to Chicago on a code share flight with AA. As Air Sahara has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, all ARC-accredited agencies are automatically appointed as agents of the carrier. At this time, the carrier accepts cash as the only form of payment.
