ARC RELEASES SEPTEMBER 2005 OPERATING RESULTS

Arlington, VA, October 13, 2005 – ARC today released its summary of September 2005 operating results. Highlights were as follows:

• Total sales were 12% above September of 2004, continuing the trend of strong fares outpacing the same month in 2004; domestic and international fares up 10% and 14%, respectively.
• Average sales per agency location in September were 19% over the same month a year ago.
• Credit card sales as a percentage of total sales were 85.39%, a new record for September.
