ARC RELEASES JUNE 2005 OPERATING RESULTS

Arlington, VA, July 14, 2005 – ARC today released its summary of June 2005 operating results. Highlights were as follows:

• Total sales in June were 8% above the same month in 2004.
• International fares reached a new record for a five-week month, edging out the previous record high achieved in June 2000 and exceeding fares from a year ago by 11%.
• At the end of the second quarter, year-to-date dollar volume for both Total Sales and Total Fares was 4% greater than the same two quarters in 2004.
• Average Weekly Sales by Agency Location of $65,166 is 17% higher than in June 2004.
