ADRIA AIRWAYS TO BECOME ARC-PARTICIPATING CARRIER

Arlington, VA, May 23, 2005 - Adria Airways (165/JP) will join ARC as a participating Carrier effective with sales starting Monday, May 30, 2005, giving 23,000 ARC-accredited travel agency and corporate travel department locations the ability to settle Adria Airways transactions through ARC’s trusted settlement system.

Adria Airways, a regional Star Alliance member, is the national airline of Slovenia. From their hub in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Adria Airways serves more than 20 European cities, connecting the global Star Alliance network to destinations in southeastern Europe. Adria Airways operates Airbus A320 and Bombardier CRJ 200 aircraft.

As Adria Airways has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, all ARC-accredited agencies are automatically appointed as agents of the Carrier. In addition to cash, the carrier accepts the following forms of credit card payment: American Express and Air Travel Card.
