ARC RELEASES APRIL 2005 OPERATING RESULTS

Arlington, VA, May 12, 2005 - ARC today released its summary of April 2005 operating results. Highlights were as follows:

• Average Weekly Sales by Agency Location again reached a new record – the third month in a row. Average sales of $65,912 are 18% higher than the same month in 2004.
• Total sales were 9% above April 2004
• Transactions processed in the four processing weeks in April grew by 5% over the same month in 2004.
