ARC LAUNCHES NEW TICKET SEARCH CAPABILITY

Arlington, VA, April 11, 2005 - The ARC Document Retrieval Service, powered by ARC COMPASS® – the state of the art data electronic data storage facility for travel agents, corporate travel departments, and carriers – now has several new functions along with a whole new look.

"We wanted to make this service even better so we listened to our customers. The new features are designed to help travel agents, corporate travel departments, and carriers to be more efficient," said John Kyle, Vice President of Marketing and GM - Data & Analytical Products. "More than 16,000 users rely on the ARC Document Retrieval Service every day - and now it is even easier to use."

Effective April 8, the ARC Document Retrieval Service has added several advanced search functions. Ticket transactions can now be searched by passenger name, date of issue, credit card number, and other fields. These additional search functions provide fast, easy, and accurate access to the thirty-nine months of ticketing data stored in ARC COMPASS®. Search results may be printed or exported in a variety of formats. A revised help system guides user through all of the new features.

A test-drive of the enhanced ARC Document Retrieval System was taken by Lucy Martin, financial support specialist with Boeing Travel Management Co., the 19th largest U.S. travel company. "It gave more search options. We can enter up to 100 multiple tickets in one search," she said. "It took five seconds to search for 15 tickets."
