ARC RELEASES JANUARY 2005 STATISTICS

Arlington, VA,February 10, 2005 - ARC today released its January 2005 operating results. Highlights were as follows:

• Transactions processed showed continued growth - up 2% over January 2004
• International fares were 8% above the January 2004 level
• Domestic fares continued to reflect intense competition in the domestic market and were down 10%
• E-ticketing continued to grow and reached 88.52% of ARC's total ticketing
