KENMORE AIR HARBOR TO BECOME ARC-PARTICIPATING CARRIER

Arlington, VA, November 19, 2004 - Kenmore Air Harbor (763/M5) will join ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales starting Monday, November 22, 2004, giving 23,000 ARC accredited travel agency and corporate travel department locations the ability to settle Kenmore Air Harbor transactions through ARC's trusted settlement system.

Based in Kenmore, Washington (ten miles south of Seattle), Kenmore provides year-round scheduled air service to communities in the Puget Sound area with international service to Victoria, British Columbia, and 35 other Canadian destinations along the Canadian Inside Passage. Kenmore provides this service from two water-based seaplane terminals in the Seattle area, with connecting van service to/from Sea-Tac International Airport. Kenmore Air Harbor operates a fleet of turbo-prop seaplanes (DeHavilland Beaver, DeHavilland Otter, and Cessna Caravans).

Kenmore Air Harbor also provides air service to Port Angeles, Washington (CLM) and other communities in the Pacific Northwest region from their land-based terminal at Boeing Field (BFI), with connecting van service to/from Sea-Tac International Airport under the Kenmore Air Express banner.

As Kenmore Air Harbor has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, all ARC-accredited agencies are automatically appointed as agents of the carrier. In addition to cash, the carrier accepts the following forms of credit card payment: MasterCard and Visa.
