ARC LAUNCHES ORIGIN AND DESTINATION SALES SUMMARY

Arlington, VA, June 2, 2004 - ARC today announced the launch of the Origin and Destination Sales Summary for carriers.  This is seen as the first in a family of origin and destination products for travel industry stakeholders including carriers, travel agents, and corporate travel departments (CTDs).  The Origin and Destination Sales Summary leverages the power of the ARC COMPASS® data warehouse to offer ARC-participating carriers an accurate view of ARC-accredited travel agent- and CTD-ticketed sales volumes in specified city-pairs, comparing the total marketed by the carrier to industry totals.

The Origin and Destination Sales Summary brings ARC-participating carriers exceptional value by using true, settled data to present reported passenger travel by origin and destination on their carrier compared to all other ARC-participating carriers in that same market.  This data can be used across multiple organizational functions including sales, marketing, and route planning.  The ARC COMPASS data warehouse is the leading, trusted source for travel transaction information and provides ARC customers with comprehensive and timely settled ticketing information.

Carriers will initially select from three monthly sales summary options to be delivered via CD-ROM or direct transmission.  Alternatives include a Marketplace Sales Summary, an Opportunity Sales Summary, and a Status Sales Summary, each of which is designed to meet varying needs of ARC's carrier customers.
