SANTA BARBARA AIRLINES TO BECOME ARC-PARTICIPATING CARRIER

- Santa Barbara Airlines (249/S3) has joined ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales
starting May 31, 2004, giving 25,000 ARC accredited travel agency and corporate travel department locations the ability to settle
Santa Barbara Airlines transactions through ARC’s trusted settlement system.
Santa Barbara Airlines is based in Venezuela. From its hub in Caracas, the carrier serves several regional and domestic airports
as well as the international destinations of Madrid and Tenerife, Spain, and Quito, Ecuador. Santa Barbara Airlines will launch
service between Caracas and Miami, Florida on July 8, 2004. The carrier operates a fleet of ATR-42, Boeing 727-200, Boeing 757-200
& DC-10 aircraft.
As Santa Barbara Airlines has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment, all ARC-accredited agencies are
automatically appointed as agents of the carrier. In addition to cash, the carrier accepts the following forms of credit card
payment: MasterCard and Visa.
