ARC LAUNCHES ONLINE DOCUMENT ORDERING


Arlington, VA, February 25, 2004 - ARC today announced that accredited locations will be able to order documents via a secure Web-based ordering system.  The new service, developed in response to requests from travel agents and corporate travel departments (CTDs), offers users increased flexibility and control when ordering ARC documents.

"The online document ordering tool reflects ARC's commitment to providing effective electronic tools to meet customer needs," said ARC President and CEO, David R. B. Collins, CTC. "The idea started with customer inquiries, and a group of customers played an important role of the testing phase of the development process."

"I found ARC's online document order system convenient and easy to use, and I received my shipment quickly.   After placing my first order, I decided I would order online from now on," said Susan Loader of Mad Travel, Inc., Naples, Fla., one of more than 400 travel professionals who participated in testing of the new online service.
