ARC DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL SERVICE ENHANCES SECURITY AND USABILITY

- The ARC Document Retrieval Service now features technology to further protect personal
information by masking credit card and passenger name information in ticket records. By strengthening the privacy
and security of individual traveler's data, this enhancement provides travel agency, corporate travel department and airline
subscribers increased flexibility in using the Service.
Security Managers and Supervisors at companies using the ARC Document Retrieval Service can now assign individual access levels, giving
only authorized users within their organizations the ability to view credit card or passenger name information. With this
additional layer of security, subscriber companies may give more employees access to the Service, saving even more time and money on ticket
research and dispute resolution.

The ARC Document Retrieval Service is a Web-based storage solution that provides ARC-participating carriers and accredited travel distributors instant,
one-stop access to 39 months of their travel transaction information settled through ARC. The Service - powered by ARC COMPASS, the recognized
travel industry data store - is currently used by more than 15,000 agency locations and 110 global air carriers.
