ARC ADDS GLOBAL VIEW TO MINI ITINERARY

New Selection Based on Travel Professional Preferences

Arlington, VA, October 27, 2003 - ARC announced today the expansion of the Vista Itins by ARCTM line of mini itineraries to include the Global View design. This new pocket itinerary features an image of the globe that gives travel agencies and corporate travel departments an opportunity to enhance their professional image and invoke the excitement of travel while serving travelers with convenient, easy-to-read itinerary cards.

The new design, based on the preferences expressed by 65 percent of more than 330 travel professionals surveyed, expands the Vista Itins line of mini itineraries that ARC has offered since April 2002.

"ARC saw an opportunity to further serve our accredited travel agency and corporate travel department communities by building on the success of the Vista Itins," said ARC President and Chief Executive Officer, David R. B. Collins, CTC. "We are pleased to provide this new design based on preferences clearly expressed by travel professionals."

Global View is the fourth Vista Itins design. The line also includes Harbor Light, featuring a light house; Bright White, a classic white card; and Bon Voyage, showing images of an airplane, compass points and a cruise ship.

Vista Itins are shipped in boxes of 1,000 at a cost of $25.
