ARC PROVIDES TOOLS FOR AGENCY BUSINESS INSIGHT

Arlington, VA, October 9, 2003 - ARC today launched ARC Agency Performance Reports, giving ARC-accredited travel agencies a new set of tools to evaluate their sales and marketing efforts and to forecast and plan future activities. Powered by ARC COMPASSSM, the reports use an agency's ARC-settled transactions to identify the most popular city pairs, summarize the prices of tickets sold and indicate potential revenue-generating and marketing opportunities within the agency.

"In an environment in which business insight is key to an agency's success, ARC Agency Performance Reports offer owners and managers new ways to examine their sales activities," said ARC President and CEO, David R. B. Collins, CTC. "We are pleased to offer this new opportunity that builds on the existing settlement relationship we have with agencies."

The reports draw on 39 months of agency transaction history stored in the ARC COMPASS data warehouse. In addition to the six standard reports listed below, customized reports can be designed to meet an agency's needs.

City Pair Report - displays the most frequent origins and final destinations with financials.

Sales by Carrier Report - provides detailed carrier sales data, including average ticket price and total sales weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

Transaction Report by Carrier - breaks down agency activities by carrier; includes transaction volume and net sales.

Sales Summary Comparison Report - offers an overview of agency sales activities, including average ticket price sold, net sales, international versus domestic tickets and the number of voids.

Service Fees Report - summarizes activities from ARC's Travel Agency Service Fee (TASF) program.

Form of Payment Report - lists payment details and identifies changes in receivables and customer trends.

ARC can provide customized reports and analysis to meet an agency's needs for insights into patterns and trends in key performance metrics such as sales, passenger traffic, and transaction volume.
