CYPRUS AIRWAYS TO BECOME AN ARC PARTICIPATING CARRIER
Arlington, VA, September 10, 2003 - Cyprus Airways, 048/CY, has joined ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales of October 6, 2003, making its extensive network of destinations available to ARC's more than 26,000 travel agency and corporate travel department locations to sell, with the transactions settled through ARC's familiar reporting cycle.
From its Hub in Nicosia, Cyprus, Cyprus Airways serves 30 destinations throughout Europe and the Middle East with a fleet of Airbus A330, A319 and A320 aircraft.
Cyprus Airways has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC agents are automatically appointed as agents of Cyprus Airways unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. In addition to cash, Cyprus Airways accepts the following forms of credit card payment: American Express and UATP.
