ARC CONTINUES TO PROCESS ACES AIRLINES TRANSACTIONS
Arlington, VA, August 22, 2003 -
ARC participant ACES Airlines, 137/VX, has ceased operations due to actions taken by the Colombian Government. ARC
will continue to process all ACES Airlines transactions submitted with the PED 08/24/03 (period ending date Aug. 24, 2003) sales report. ARC has been
advised that Avianca Airlines, 134/AV, has agreed to accept all passengers holding ACES Airlines tickets on routes other than the Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Bogotá, Colombia
route. Passengers holding tickets on that route will be served by Avianca from the Miami, FL airport. Passengers holding ACES Airlines tickets are encouraged
to contact Avianca at 800-284-2622 or 800-846-2237 to verify flight status. Please visit Avianca's Web site at http://www.avianca.com/Main for more information.
ARC will continue to work with ACES Airlines to determine processing procedures beyond PED 08/24/03. Travel agents and corporate travel departments (CTDs) are advised
