| ARC CHOSEN FOR SETTLEMENT OF
CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL'S DIRECT TRANSACTIONS
Arlington, VA, August 4, 2003 -
ARC announced today that it is providing settlement for direct transactions on Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines
and United Airlines made through Carlson Wagonlit Travel's recently enhanced CWT Symphonie platform. Those
direct sales will be settled through ARC Direct Connections, a program that customizes ARC technology and infrastructure to
provide settlement and sales reporting information for direct sales ticketed through multiple distribution channels.

ARC president & chief executive officer. "With the ARC Direct Connections program, CWT is leveraging the industry's best settlement
engine for CWT Symphonie direct transactions, positioning CWT to help its corporate clients optimize their corporate travel programs and help its partner
carriers realize significant cost savings."
CWT Symphonie direct transactions will be driven through Navitaire's DirectNetTM product, which has offered direct carrier inventory access, backed
by ARC Direct Connections settlement and data services, since 1998.
