ARC RELEASES JANUARY REPORTING & SETTLEMENT SUMMARY

Arlington, VA, February 15, 2007 – ARC today released its summary of January 2007 Reporting & Settlement results, representing ARC’s processing and settlement of travel agency and CTD sales transactions on behalf of 154 airlines and railroads. Highlights from the month were as follows:

• Total sales by travel agents and CTDs reached $5.8 billion for the four-week processing month of January 2007
• Total fares exceeded the same month a year before by 18%, reflecting growth in both international and domestic fares
• e-Ticketing as a percentage of total ticketing reached 95.83% for the four weeks of January.
