ARC WELCOMES INDIAN AIRLINES

Arlington, VA, February 14, 2007 – Indian Airlines (058/IC) has joined ARC as a participating carrier, effective with sales starting Monday, February 19, 2007.

With headquarters in New Delhi, India, the Airlines’ network spans from Kuwait in the west to Singapore in the east and cover 76 destinations, 58 within India and 18 abroad. The Indian Airlines international network covers Kuwait, Oman, UAE, Qatar and Bahrain in the Middle East; Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Mayanmar in Southeast Asia, and Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Maldives in South Asia. Indian Airlines operates Boeing 737, Airbus A300 & A320, and Dornier Aircraft.

Indian Airlines has elected the General Concurrence method of agent appointment whereby all ARC-accredited agencies and corporate travel departments are automatically appointed as agents of the carrier unless specifically advised to the contrary by the carrier. Initially, Indian Airlines will be accepting cash only as form of payment.
