FRONTIER AIRLINES CONTINUES ARC PROCESSING AND SETTLEMENT

Frontier Airlines, F9/422, who filed for Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy laws on April 10 has stated publicly that it expects to continue to operate flights and customer programs without interruption. At the most recent hearing, interim approval was given for the carrier's continued performance under the ARC Agent Reporting Agreement and Carrier Services Agreement. On this basis, ARC will continue processing Frontier Airlines transactions, including sales, refunds and exchanges, without interruption.
