EOS Airlines Files Bankruptcy - ARC to Process through PED May 4

EOS Airlines, E0/646, has filed for protection under Chapter XI of the US Bankruptcy Code on April 26 and announced the cessation of operations. Accordingly, ARC has suspended its Agreement with the carrier. ARC processing of EOS Airlines validated transactions will continue through the sales week ending May 4, 2008 after which travel agents and their customers are advised to forward any outstanding transactions to the carrier at the address below or as otherwise directed by the debtor or respective credit card issuer in the case of credit card transactions.
