ARC Suspends Agreement with MAXjet Airways

ARC has learned that MAXjet Airways (386/MY) has ceased operations. Accordingly, ARC is suspending its Agreement with the carrier and will cease processing all MY-validated transactions following the completion of processing sales for period ending (PED) December 23, 2007 (suspended effective December 24, 2007).

Travel agents and their customers are advised to consult the carrier’s Web site at www.maxjet.com for updated information regarding passenger accommodation.

MY-validated transactions submitted with agents’ 12/30/07 PED sales reports will be returned to the agents unprocessed and should be sent directly to the attention of MAXjet Airways at the following address:
